What We Offer
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
A gentle rhythmic massage treatment designed to increase efficiency of flow and circulation as well as re-route the lymph pathways in cases of removed or radiated lymph nodes, lipedema, or a genetic lymphedema. MLD puts you into the relaxed parasympathetic nervous system, out of the sympathetic state of fight, flight or freeze, bringing you comfortably back into your body.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Customized lymphatic drainage massage therapy combining other modalities the therapist is trained in as needed to relax muscles and restrictions that impede flow. Other modalities may include: Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Myofascial release, Trigger point release, Swedish massage techniques, etc.
